Our team brings together industry veterans, problem-solvers, and local experts who care deeply about every property we manage. We don’t just work in the Bay Area—we’re part of it.
Chris is a second-generation property manager who began his career with the company in 2005. As President and primary manager, he brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to client service. Outside of work, Chris enjoys staying active through fitness and peak-bagging, giving back through volunteer work, and spending time gardening and cooking. He is also passionate about lifelong learning and continuing education.

Mario has been a dedicated member of the team since 2008, bringing years of financial expertise and operational insight to his role as CFO and manager. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Mario is deeply committed to the success of the company. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and dancing West Coast Swing.

David Behling established the business in 1972 and has been a respected leader in the local real estate and property management community ever since. His lifelong commitment to excellence was evident early on when he earned the rank of Eagle Scout as a teenager. Over the years, David has served as President of several professional organizations, including the San Mateo County Association of Realtors, and has been an active member of Kiwanis, The Family Club, and multiple Rotary chapters.
Though now semi-retired, David continues to provide valuable consulting and guidance within the company. When he's not lending his expertise, he enjoys traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, and tackling home remodeling projects.
